Things practices usually ask.

  • Within 24 business hours. Most weeks it's the same day.

  • Yes, I support therapy and wellness practices across North America. Canadian practices get an extra layer of familiarity with OHIP, PHIPA, and provincial billing rhythms.

  • PHIPA and HIPAA aware. I use encrypted tools, follow least-privilege access, and can sign a Confidentiality or BAA agreement before we start.

  • Yes, Jane App and Practice Better are my most-used platforms. I've also worked in SimplePractice, Owl, and OSCAR. If you use something else, tell me on our call.

  • That's exactly what the Studio Chat is for. We'll talk about what feels heavy, and I'll be honest about whether I'm the right fit or not.

  • Retainers are month-to-month with a soft 3-month runway so systems have time to actually settle. Projects are one-time engagements with no ongoing commitment.
